Leadership Team
Rajeev Singh, Founder & CEO
Rajeev is the visionary behind Hospitalist-IQ and he continues to be intimately involved in the innovations that drive our success. His passion for technology innovation and entrepreneurial dreams led him to partner with a leading Hospitalist to build Hospitalist-IQ. He has extensive experience in management, enterprise infrastructure, software architecture and consulting. Prior to founding Net Android in 2001, he had worked in Consultant, Architect and Management roles with premier consulting firms like Deloitte, Andersen Consulting and IBM. He has rich and varied experience in financial services, federal and state government, transportation, manufacturing and industrial markets. Over the years, he has worked on engagements with state government, Union Pacific Railroad, American Airlines, Motorola, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, New York Mercantile Exchange. Rajeev earned his Bachelors of Science in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Zahra Nazneen, Founder & President
Zahra provides oversight to client teams that interface with physicians and groups. She is passionate about technology innovation and client service, which she ably demonstrates every day at Hospitalist-IQ. Zahra brings a well-rounded and diverse body of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, software development and management. She started her career as a Professor of Computer Science in the Indian Institute of Aeronautical Engineering. Prior to founding Net Android, she worked in Management and Consulting roles with leading companies like Motorola and New York Mercantile Exchange. Zahra earned her Bachelors of Science in Computer engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
Gautam Naik, Director, Operations
Gautam runs the operations for Hospitalist-IQ. He brings strong management, software development and operational leadership experience from his many years of work in the IT and BPO industries, spanning India, UK, Korea and Malaysia. Gautam had various leadership positions in companies like Eeshan Information Systems, CIIL, E-Tech before he founded NSPL. He is an expert in Six-Sigma, ISO and SEI processes. He is well versed in Microsoft and Java technologies and has presented in events like CEBIT and Fusion. Gautam earned his Bachelors in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and has had management training from AMG.
Steven Bauer, Chief Technology Officer
Steven leads the product development team for Hospitalist-IQ. He has extensive experience in software development, product development and project management, specializing in J2EE web application development. He leads a team of designers and developers in US and India in developing and deploying new features in the Hospitalist-IQ platform. Steven has strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Software Development and Project Management. Prior to joining Net Andriod, he worked with leading companies like Matson, OnSemi Conductors and Distributed System Solutions.
Steven earned his Masters of Science in Computer Engineering from Arizona State University.
Ritu Mitra, Director, Sales and Marketing
Ritu is responsible for marketing and business development for Hospitalist-IQ. She has extensive experience in business development in the software, healthcare, executive recruiting and corporate services. Prior to joining Hospitalist-IQ, she was in Business Development at Webtrends, a leading digital marketing and optimization company. She has also worked with leading companies like AccentHealth, PRC, American Express, Exact Recruiting and Sheraton Hotels. She is passionate about bringing the best of services innovation to clients, through sales and marketing. Ritu earned her Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems from University of Tampa and a Bachelors of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Johnson and Wales University. She studied and lived in Zambia, Switzerland and India, before settling down in America.
Tushar Saude, Customer Relationship Manager
Tushar leads the service delivery team for Hospitalist-IQ. He has extensive experience in healthcare process management, having worked in various levels of customer support, client service and business development. Tushar has had great success in helping clients with transition projects and in handling operations and applying his analytical and strategic thinking to client initiatives. He excels in delivery high quality services with optimal utilization of resources. Tushar is a Bachelor of Commerce with Major in Business Administration and he has done Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
