Unlike products that have high entry costs and are not customizable, our software as well as our services are available on monthly subscription plan with very low setup fee and is extremely customizable to suit the specific needs of your organization. The software platform and our various services are broken up into tiers to suite the needs of your organization and to help transition from an outdated desktop based product to sophisticated internet-based platform and service.
We provide 4 tiers of platform and services to suit your individual needs:
- Tier 1 offering is an option for groups that only wish to employ our Patient Care and Charge Capture platform. This can be integrated with your billing application or service provider
- Tier 2 offering adds Claims, Billing and Management Reporting to provide you a complete platform to run your business. This tier is best suited for groups that want the benefits of a end-to-end platform while using their own staff to perform the administration, billing and collection
- Tier 3 offering pairs up our leading edge platform with value added services to provide oversight and guidance to optimize productivity and performance through the use of our best practices and processes
- Tier 4 offering adds outsourced billing services to allow us to maximize the benefits to your group. We take ownership of providing the complete back-office support so you can reduce your operational costs and optimize performance of your Hospitalist business
